About Us

At the end of 2021, I decided to take a year off from my career and spend time with my family and focus on what truly fulfills me as an individual which is bringing joy to my family as well as to others - and that's where Coral Gables Doodles comes into play.

Maze (Dam) and stud (Sire) have been health and genetically tested through Embark, as well as paired based on temperament to ensure we produce healthy and well-tempered puppies.

Our breeding philosophy is inspired by Jeanette Forrey's - Badass Breeder's Program, therefore we prescreen all of our applicants prior to accepting a non-refundable deposit, and try our best to match the candidates to the right puppy based on the puppy temperament and individual's lifestyle. This helps ensure that our puppies find a forever home.

What is the Coral Gables Doodles forever home promise? We understand that life has its challenges and that home structures can change, should the need arise we will re-home your doodle into a vetted loving home

Meet Maze

Maze is our amazing F1B Standard cream and apricot abstract Labradoodle. She weighs 60lbs and is 25" tall - with wavy/curly coat, and has been health and genetically tested through Embark.

She's constantly surprising us with her smarts and kind temperament.

As a daily routine she enjoys her walks along our beautiful city landscape, relaxing listening to classical music, completing training routines along with her sister Mia our Aussiedoodle, and traveling cross-country with our family.

Maze mastered her Basic Advance Training from Miami K-9 Specialists, and is a certified Emotional Service Animal (ESA).

*NOTE: As the Breeder we reserve the right to first and second pick of every litter. We may not always choose to keep these spots and will move up people on the list and fill the other spots as necessary.

This breed does have a strong prey drive, but surprisingly they're friendly towards cats and smaller dogs when introduced. Doodles are highly sociable dogs and need to be in the presence of people.

Doodles are high energy and extremely intelligent, therefore activities such as; walking, fetch, agility training, swimming and jogging is recommended (approx. 60 minutes per day). Doodles do best in homes with fenced yards where they can exercise freely.

What type of climate is best for Doodles?

Doodles do not do well in very cold weather and prefer moderate climates. Therefore during the winter months, outdoor activities should be short and preferably with a warm coat.

Do Doodles shed?

The Poodle contributes to the low-allergy, low-shed, hypoallergenic coat of the Doodle. With that said, not all doodles are hypoallergenic, but will shed less than the average non-hyper allergenic dog.

Are Doodles coats high maintenance?

Doodles not only require daily brushing, but also regular grooming to keep their coats healthy and looking beautiful.

What type of coat does a Doodle carry?

Labradoodles, Goldendoodles and Double Doodles coats range from straight, wavy, or curly. Consistent combing and brushing will be required to keep the coat in tip-top shape.
